FAQ

Can I submit questions in advance?

Absolutely! We have a dedicated Padlet page where you can submit your questions or concerns ahead of the session. This Padlet will remain active throughout the year, and CAVA staff will update it regularly.

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, these sessions are not recorded. They are designed as informal drop-in sessions for real-time support and discussion. However, if you’re unable to attend and still need assistance, our Quality Team is available via phone or email from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We’re always here to help!

Do I need to register in advance, or attend the entire session?

No registration is required. Simply join the session using the Google Meet link provided in our newsletter. These clinics are flexible—feel free to drop in at any time during the hour and leave whenever it suits you.

What topics will be covered in the session?

There’s no fixed agenda. The session content is entirely shaped by your questions and needs. You’re welcome to bring up any topics related to quality assurance, best practices, or anything else you’d like to discuss.

What happens if there’s a large turnout?

If we have a high number of attendees, we’ll make use of breakout rooms to ensure everyone has a chance to participate. These smaller groups provide a great opportunity to network with colleagues and share insights. Our team will still be actively involved, ensuring that you get the most out of the session and leave feeling confident.
